A German course of 19 hours per week intended for all students whatever their levelwho want to learn German or to improve and assert their learning by an acknowledged diploma. This programme is well-suited for long stays in Germany, because you need at least a 8-week course to prepare an exam. ( a 4-week stay is nevertheless possible).
According to your language level, the following exams are available for preparation through this programme :
–Stufe A1, basic level (A1 from the European framework for languages);
–Stufe A2, basic level (A2 from the European framework for languages);
–Zertifikat Deutsch (ZD) intermediate level (B1 from the European framework for languages);
–TestDaF/Zentrale Mittelstufenprüfung (ZMP), intermediate level (B2 from the European framework for languages);
–TestDaF/Prüfung Wirtschaftsdeutsch(ZMP), advanced level (C1 from the European framework for languages);
–DSH (Deutsche Sprachprüfung für den Hochschulzugang ausländischer Studienbewerber, exams to enter German Universities, advanced level (C2 from the European framework for languages).
Course content :
–Training to the thematic conversation in small groups;
–Training and exam preparation tests with correction and mistakes analysis;
–Active learning in context : visits of Cologne city and the museums for example;
–Training sessions with multimedia aids “huckepack”; ;
–Support and personalized advice during the whole length of the course;
–Final test.
The week schedule : 20 German lessons of 45 minutes, Monday to Friday, from 9 to 12.15 a.m. or from 2 p.m. to 6.15 p.m., in groups of 5 to 14 students, plus 5 individual work sessions in the multimedia center.
This course is structured in study sessions of 4 weeks.
The cost of the books is not included in the price of the course ( from 25 to 50 euros depending on the level, to be paid on the spot).
